As Relationship Manager, Austin’s mission is simple: find new opportunities, serve clients’ needs, and make sure client’s expectations are exceeded. A strategic thinker with a love for problem-solving, Austin thrives on helping clients navigate complex challenges and budget pressures while keeping an eye on the long game. Life, to Austin, is a bit like chess: competitive, strategic, and best enjoyed with a dash of creativity.

Austin officially joined Avenue full-time in September. With a bachelor’s degree in music business and over a decade in the AV industry—including a stint as a general manager and a past life as a worship pastor—Austin brings a rare blend of business acumen, production expertise, and people skills to the role.

When not negotiating deals or solving client puzzles, Austin can be found strumming music, hiking, cycling, camping, or leading the charge in youth sports as president and coach of their local little league. Family is central to Austin’s life, as is an insatiable curiosity and a love of new experiences. Enneagram seven, ENFP, adventurer, enthusiast—you name it, Austin embodies it, avoiding routine like the plague and steering clear of close-minded thinking.

Originally from central Pennsylvania, Austin has navigated a non-traditional path through corporate America, church leadership, and the AV world, ultimately landing in Delaware over four years ago. His journey reflects a passion for connecting with people, creating systems that work, and embracing life’s adventures—both professional and personal.
