Special Projects Manager

As Special Projects Manager, Brooke manages a wide range of responsibilities: from planning the staff retreat to handling database work and creating engaging social content, no two days are ever the same. Brooke joined Avenue Systems in August 2025, bringing a rich background in education with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education (English specialization) and seven years of experience teaching at the elementary and middle school levels. Her experience running an AV company with her spouse adds valuable behind-the-scenes knowledge and expertise in client relations.

Adaptability is Brooke’s anchor, strengthened through years of managing classrooms and navigating the unpredictable world of AV management. She is strategic and creative by nature, thriving on developing ideas and turning them into practical, actionable plans. Her strength of analysis allows her to process large amounts of information, generate solutions, and identify opportunities to improve operations and systems.

Outside of work, Brooke lives at the beach and loves spending time on the water, whether fishing, boating, or simply soaking in the view. She enjoys hiking, seeking out any adventure, and traveling with her spouse and three kids, fueled by curiosity about different cultures and a love of cuisine—especially Thai food. She also enjoys reading fiction and practicing yoga, finding balance and inspiration both on and off the sand.
