Caleb Anderson
Technical Lead
If something blinks, beeps, or requires a cable, chances are Caleb Anderson makes sure it’s installed correctly—and on time. As Avenue’s Technology Lead in installation, Caleb oversees the full orchestration of deployments: timelines, budgets, and the thousand tiny details that make technology behave. After working his first project with Avenue in 2017, Caleb joined full-time in 2019 and has been leveling up our installations ever since.
Caleb’s technical roots run deep—think less textbooks, more hands-on chaos. Growing up with a musician parent meant volunteering for churches, running sound for gigs, and learning on the fly. Today, those instincts are paired with real-deal credentials, including Dante certification and a Class A contractor license in Virginia. With years spent as a full-time pastor and creative pastor, Caleb brings an intuitive understanding of the unique needs of church clients. He also credits his ADD/ADHD as a “superpower,” giving him hyperfocus when projects need it most. He thrives on complexity, genuinely finding joy in coordinating supplies, timelines, and moving pieces.
Outside the office, business itself is his hobby. If entrepreneurship gave out trophies, Caleb would be collecting them. At home, Caleb and his wife, Christina, are approaching 15 years of marriage and raising two incredible kids. Caleb can juggle, solve a Rubik’s Cube, and even claims one of the top two rankings worldwide in Super Snail. A Milwaukee native turned Virginia Beach lifer, he also enjoys a good game of Euchre and never turns down the chance to learn something quirky just to figure out how it works. Whether at work or at home, Caleb approaches everything with curiosity, creativity, and a sense of fun.
