Purchasing Manager

Based in Wisconsin, Callahan is the Purchasing Manager—the person making sure every part, purchase, and behind-the-scenes detail comes together like clockwork. While clients may never see the full scope of what she does, they definitely feel the results of her hard work (and her uncanny ability to answer emails faster than most people can type “reply”).

Callahan describes her role as “the stuff clients don’t see,” but anyone who’s worked with her knows she’s often the one quietly keeping everything on track. She assists Joel, the Director of Operations, with the company’s backend tasks and somehow still finds time to jump in wherever she’s needed. Callahan came to Avenue Systems with a communications degree—and it shows. Whether she’s coordinating with vendors, chatting with clients, or solving problems before they even appear, she brings warmth, clarity, and just the right touch of charm to every interaction.

Outside of work, Callahan is as down-to-earth as they come. She loves spending time with her family, going for walks with her dog and one-year-old, and baking. A true Wisconsin local, she’s loyal to Conejitos, her favorite spot for tacos and tequila. 

Between her efficiency, good humor, and knack for making everyone feel taken care of, Callahan Goebel is the glue that keeps Avenue Systems running smoothly—proof that sometimes the most important work happens behind the scenes, and with a smile.
