David launched Avenue Systems back in 2010 with a simple conviction: help people get from point A to point B with clarity, integrity, and excellence. All these years later, that spark has grown into a people-first AV design-build team serving churches, schools, corporate environments, and hospitality spaces nationwide. And while the tools have evolved—bigger displays, smarter control systems, cleaner audio—David’s north star hasn’t budged: people come first, every time.

His day starts the same way he leads—strong. An energizing workout, a shot of espresso, and he’s off, guiding the Avenue team to serve each other and their clients with excellence. With over a decade in the integration industry, David has a talent for reimagining how firms connect with and support the people they serve. He finds his greatest joy working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Avenue team and celebrating new project wins with clients.

His journey began in his church youth group, where he first learned the power of collaboration, service, and good-natured chaos. Since then—through certifications, countless projects, and more than fifteen years as a successful business owner—he’s built a reputation for pairing strong relationships with thoughtful, dependable solutions, all with a “no surprises” approach.

Outside the office, David’s life centers on staying active with his wife and four children- whether he’s playing soccer or tennis with the kids, biking, or hiking. His commitment to functional fitness is driven by a simple goal: keeping up with his family—whom he affectionately calls his favorite hobby. Beyond athletics, David has a strong musical background. A former music major specializing in vocal performance, he can still sing in Italian, German, and French. For David, building a strong company and a strong family go hand in hand, and both are guided by the values of commitment, growth, and showing up fully.
